How to File a Claim

Step 1: Gather Your Information
Before submitting your claim, have the following ready:

Booking reference or ticket number

Full name(s) of passengers

Contact information

Details of the issue, including dates and supporting documents (receipts, photos, airline notifications)

Step 2: Submit Your Claim

Step 3: Confirmation
Once your claim is received, you’ll get a confirmation email with a reference number for tracking.

Step 4: Review and Resolution
Our team will review your claim and may contact you for additional information. We aim to resolve claims as quickly as possible and will keep you updated on the progress.


Claim Processing Time

Standard claims: 7–14 business days

Complex claims (e.g., third-party service issues): up to 30 business days
